Google Translate is good because people looking at the blog from all over the world can translate what it is saying to their own language.

World map makes the blog interesting because you can see where the people ,who are looking at your blog, are from.

The Follow by email gadget makes it good because if someone likes your blog they can see more of it by putting their email address in.
