Renewable Energy

This term in reading we have been reading about the environment. For reading this week, my group read this article about Renewable Energy. Renewable energy is reusable energy and it will never run out.

The main ideas from this text are:

Solar Energy - This is energy from the sun. We can use it to heat water. It is collected in solar panels.

wind power - these are turbines that are powered by wind. This is good because the wind turns their blades to make power.

Biomass - is plants that can be used as fuel crops left over food wood and ways can be burnt to make energy.
