This year we have been doing maths boards, here is one of mine.

Do you do maths boards at your school?

make a space

Make-a-space with Steve
make-a-space is a place where you can Build a wooden ordainment
the first rotation is crafting the base the next rotation is crafting the actual thing you want to craft. In my case I made a Lego man it looks amazing. The next step is to paint the Lego man I painted the Lego man green and blue. after that we had to decorate the Lego man with googly eyes and feathers and pipe cleaners. after I finessed decorating, I had  a beautiful Lego man, I hope we do make a space next year.

Do you have make-a-space at your school?

Darth’s Dream Car

Darth, like every other villain, had hobbies. Yes, he obviously liked light sabres and flying around space at catastrophic speeds. He was also fond of trying to eliminate Jedi. However, Darth had a need for speed, and loved nothing more than cruising around in his favourite sports car.He loved the slick, black tyres, the feeling in the pit of his stomach as he accelerated to great speed along a straight stretch of road. He really could forget all about his troubles, especially those pesky Jedis that try to get him. That's how good his car is.

What do you think Dark Vaders dream car would look like?

top team

Top team
On Friday the 22nd of November I had top team it was about having fun. In my group was. My favourite activity was the water bus. The water bus was when you have to be in a line and tip water from bucket to bucket then team the had the most water in their bucket at the end won.

I really enjoyed doing Top Team and wish that I can do it again.

Have you ever done top team?

Winter sport

🌨Winter sport 🌨

For winter sport this year I played rugby. I had a great
team and a lot of fun. We had a mix of wins and losses this
season. I think that this year, I have improved in blowing over
in the ruck, running hard, pushing myself to the limit’s and
dedicating myself to rugby and my team. One thing I would
like to improve next time is, getting to the ruck in time. I really
enjoyed this season and I'm sad its already over.

This is the picture of my team.

Thank you for reading my blog post.

Questions:

What sport do you play and what sport was your second choice?

Did you enjoy winter sport?

Renewable Energy

This term in reading we have been reading about the environment. For reading this week, my group read this article about Renewable Energy. Renewable energy is reusable energy and it will never run out.

The main ideas from this text are:

Solar Energy - This is energy from the sun. We can use it to heat water. It is collected in solar panels.

wind power - these are turbines that are powered by wind. This is good because the wind turns their blades to make power.

Biomass - is plants that can be used as fuel crops left over food wood and ways can be burnt to make energy.

How could you change to help save the earth?
